| -you know Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour . |
| - been empowered by the Holy Spirit |
| - understand the importance of regular prayer, studying the Word, personal time with God, and building relationships. |
| -understand that being in any form of leadership is always tough, you will be misunderstood and others will misunderstand you. |
| - By getting involved with existing Jesus Nation Christian Centres or recommended groups . |
| - If you are married you need the support of your spouse and family, do talk it over with them and come into mutual agreement. |

| WHAT WILL YOU NEED |
| - We advise you start out in your home first, we will give you plenty of help without fee, although a donation would be always appreciated. |
| -We also provide Ministry Training at an affordable cost. Part of the training process involves practical hands on training. Too often Ministry Training is just in text books and lectures. Where Jesus Nation does not operate you may need to source help for this. |

| - You need to beable to work as part of the team |
| - You also need to make God your top priority |
| - You always value relationship building |
| - You also need to see all have the full potential to develop into the calling God has for them |
| - You will be a motivator under the guidance of the great MOTIVATOR ( leading of the Holy Spirit) |
| - You also need to understand the principles of Giving, as outlined in scriptures. You need to get reliance on God's provision if you are not doing so already. If you haven't done so you will find it hard once in ministry. |
